Mining Industry
The mining industry is the economic sector that groups mining exploration and mining activities. It concerns the extraction of minerals, rare earths and metals including copper, iron or gold.
The underlying trend seems to respond to the stabilization of demand in consumer countries and especially to an increase in demand resulting from innovation in energy transition like batteries, photovoltaic and digital economy.
The mining industry is highly depandent on the prices of mineral but counts many of the biggest projects.
